She's throwing a big end-of-summer party at her place this Friday and is going to hire her old band to perform, but was on the fence about performing with them. She hosted another epic party back in July where she had her old band play but said she wasn't going to sing. She did end up doing a few songs with them after they put on her on the spot in the middle of their set, lol. I practically begged her to last night and she told me today she'll reunite with them and sing for the whole night.
Thank goodness! It really makes no sense for her not to sing with them again at her party. Sure she's no longer an official member, but her time with them is led to her success and why she even has a singing career. Everyone wants to hear her sing! Why wouldn’t she?! Hosting an event with your old band playing but not you with them would be like Robert Plant hosting an event with Led Zeppelin playing, minus him.
