@Lilymoon rebuild and do it smart...we sucked for a few years but now things are looking better...the leafs organization needs to think baby steps...they haven't in my 52 years on this planet...all kidding aside when i poke fun at the leafs i truly do wish the fans a stanley cup... i've seen my boys lose all 3 finals in '82...'94...2011 😢

@beermeplease yeah I almost think management doesn't give a shit because they have such a huge fan base. People buying tickets and merchandise. Money talks more than the sport itself. 😑

@Lilymoon yep...don't forget about tv rights...money is what it's all about...i remember back in the 70s the canucks weren't even broadcasted...it was always leafs and canadiens...ohh...leafs scored!!! 👍

@Lilymoon yep... i loved seeing games live vs the leafs back in the 80s and 90s when hockey was considered "passionate" got to sit next to tiger williams during a canucks vs leafs playoff game in 94... he played for both teams...can't remember who he cheered for 🤣

@Lilymoon yeah...but he came here and we did fuck all with him... what makes matters worse we brought in messier...we had pavel. mogilny, linden.etc and missed the playoffs every year before running linden (our franchise captain) out of town...our dark years
