there are people who are/will die because they can not afford to heat their homes due to the energy crisis while others continue to use the resource frivolously like in the picture, indeed. if you fail to see that idk what to tell you,maybe pick up a book

@PepsiColaP know those bulbs are probably all LED use less than two normal lightbulbs in your house a day, so no people can’t afford heat because I can’t afford it. Nothing to do with the house with Christmas lights.

@PepsiColaP Above all, continue to use the resource frivolously, and by doing so, funding the perpetrator of said energy crisis (in Europe's case at least)

Was it only a problem of private citizens doing that. Municipalities are setting up their TAX-PAYED Christmas lights just fine as well, as if it was a normal year, at least here. Then maybe those very same municipalities turn off illumination at night, with all the problems it causes (more criminality, more accidents, etc.). But no, "Christmas traditions" in a de jure secular country are untouchable of course

@Elessar yes your right 🇨🇦

@Elessar but what we see and always see is the USA preaching to other countries and other people on how to live when they don’t practice themselves
