Ever notice someone who rocks up to their Doctors appointment late and expects to be seen right away?

Like there isn't 5 or 8 other sick people in the waiting room who showed up on time and been waiting there for an hour already. And then the Late person starts giving the receptionist shit because they think their time is more important then the Doctors.
Usually the same prick that walks out afterwards and refuses to pay...
