People find out you have a skill they can benefit from and immediately start asking you for favors

🤦‍♀️ It’s like you can’t even show your talent without someone scurrying behind wanting a favor or you to create something for them. Half the time the hobbies I do I don’t even have the time to do so why would I wanna even put myself in the position of feeling obligated to do it for someone else just because. 🤨?
It’s baffling people think people just adore doing things like that for them. It’s so weird to me.
I have someone who’s always volunteering me to do some sort of art work for her or someone else and I immediately shut her down everytime. 😒

Yes happens to me a lot, they also think I can give them some kind of loopholes which don't exist

Yup. 💯 I’m not your jukebox, free lessons, or gonna write you a song or jingle for free. It’s like come on. It’s not borrowing a pickup. You’re asking me to do my actual kind of work for free.
