Would you feel creeped out?

I got an alert that a package had been delivered (to my apartment mailbox).
I would usually just stop by my mailbox after work but I have been in my place the last 7 hours so I decided to take a short walk to the mailbox.

When I got there, there was a guy who had apparently just checked his mail and got in his vehicle (right in front of the mailboxes)

I proceeded to go to my mailbox, and he's watching. He pulls out his parking spot, still watching.
My thoughts were, did he see where my mailbox is located, thus noting my address?

I get my package and head back to my apartment. I see him up ahead as he backs into his parking space, and watching me as I walk by.

I turned around as I rounded the corner to go to my apartment (in the next building) and sure enough, he's STILL WATCHING. I don't understand why males stare like this.

I do not live in sketchy apartments nor a sketchy neighborhood.

I'm not sure if it's because of past experiences but I feel a little creeped out.

Maybe he just thought you were attractive and didn't have enough manners not to stare. Then again maybe he is a stalker and planning the worst. It is good that you are situationally aware of what is going on around you, always trust your gut and don't let yourself get cornered. Call the local police and ask for them to check the guy out especially if he isn't part of the complex where you live.

@Roadsterrider i definitely tell someone of situations like this. Told my mom, and the make and model of his vehicle. I'm assuming he lives there since he checked the mailbox

@iamnikki He may have been checking mail for a friend or as you mentioned, just looking for information. If you were my daughter, I would recommend having someone walk with you if you have to go out very late.
