I have no clue how it goes together at present. It really can't be that hard but apparently the manufacturer thinks it is.
They gave me the dimensions of the loo seat, which I don't need but no proper instructions about how to fit it. It's just really bad pictures. There's just one set of holes, they don't seem to be in the right place and a weird quick release clicky thing, apparently for easy cleaning but nothing happens if I click it 😡🤬🤬
There's actually more instructions about how to clean the toilet seat than there is on how to screw it to my loo!!! That's because no man ever cleaned a toilet before most like.
It actually says "consult a suitably competent or qualified professional if you have any questions about installing the toilet seat."
So don't ask the frucking manufacturer or read the instructions then??? Y chromosomes that's what this is.
I'm a bit annoyed. Did you guess? I don't like screwing. Well, not this kind of screwing anyway. But no way am I consulting a professional for a loo seat. Man this is a headache. My husband would have done this. I will let you know if I ever figure this out. 😡
@PatientlyWaiting25 I'm sorry, but this whole thing made me chuckle. But you are right in that things are ridiculously overcomplicated oftentimes. So worried about being sued that they totally dump common sense.
@ineedadrink yep. I failed on the first instruction. Retaining the instructions. They were immediately filed under G. Which means I didn't read them either. I did manage to keep the small parts away from any babies that happened to wander by so that is good 👍
