How to disappear and live offline?

Make plans with a friend to see a movie or go for a walk in the park or a coffeehouse with a good book.

Going off line is easy, how about disappearing from the grid altogether?

Plenty of ways. I keep hearing how there's a shortage of traditional manual workers so you can become an apprentice and do one of those jobs where they also offer accommodation at the spot. Do you really believe it would be a satisfying life though?
