Do you ever feel like you have too many hobbies?

It's funny, I was thinking about this last week.

Recently I wanted to try painting with acrylic after so long, then I bought a new microphone for recording music. Acrylic was too hard now I'm trying oils. Then just today I wanted to try pencil animation so I bought a mount for my phone to take pictures with.

Throw this on top of movies, books or videogames or my own videogame project I have yet to start or finish.

I have a similar problem with starting projects around the house. I always think they'll be easier and quicker to finish than they turn out to be. I hate how messy everything has to be before it looks good.

I have a few hobbies . Not really ones that I am super good at .but I have fun, isn’t that what matters ?

I have to make:

-Venom from clay
-Paper mache alien head
-Complete the Xenomorph missing details
-Finish watching the last of the Infinity Stones movies-Guardians of the Galaxy
-Finish Death Stranding before the end of this month
-Complete Assassin's Creed Valhalla DLCs
-Complete Assassin's Creed Origins DLC,
-Complete NFS(im at the very end, but sort of lost interest)
-Personal work project (major one lol)
-Complete AC Mirage DLC
-Paint a painting for my friends new house
-Read all or some of the books I have downloaded (lots of horrors and old classics)
-and more.

There comes a time in everyone's life when they must choose their hobbies.

Stick to the classics what you've always been into

I love to create. There's so much that interests me, it can get a little overwhelming at times.
But ultimately, I find myself returning to the old standards that first kindled my interest.

I totally relate, I do have too many things to do, and that is why I try to also add the "doing nothing " as part of the things to do :D

I have a long list of things I think I want to do but when it comes to it, I realize that before I even get to the enjoyable part, I need to learn a lot of boring stuff and gain skills first.So no, I have many potential hobbies but always end up doing something I already have some base and skills in.
