Thinking about Flames of War again

I find the stuff they've done for Soviets in the Late War period - covered in the books Bagration: Soviet and Berlin: Soviet really interesting, and I want to lean into these things somewhat more than I have already. I've got 21 T-34s and 4 ISU-152s already, and I want to get some IS-2s. But one thing I really like from the Berlin book that I just cannot bring myself to do is the M4A2 Sherman (either 76mm or late 75mm) - it's a really cool tank, but I'm not sure I like the colour scheme they use in the book and can't think of a way to do it in a way I'd actually like. There is a big $140 box set which comes with 4 M4A2 Shermans, some infantry, and some other vehicles I don't much care about which would solve my issue of liking hero tank units because I can get a second box of 5 and have the 9 I'd like.

I guess I don't really know what I want specifically. Maybe I should finish painting the models I already have lol. I mean, I don't really play Flames of War much...

You can look up some camouflage schemes used in the war.

@MrBrownstone That's true. I kind of like the standard green colour of the T-34, but it seems wrong to paint them "wrong" like that

@KiwiDan Mine are kinda brown but look alright to me.

@MrBrownstone They likely look fine. I can just get weird about painting my own things in the "wrong" colours sometimes. But I'll look up what sort of colours they tended to be and see what I could do
