Good hobbies that don't cost the earth.

I need to find a new hobby. I sing etc but haven't been able to last few weeks because of bad throat 🙄
Something not too expensive.... maybe knitting, crocheting I dunno....🤔

Suggestions please people...

Decoupage, upcycling items that are headed for the landfill such as cardboard which can be made into a variety of artsy and whimsical items, decorating jars to make candle holders and other such items, felt items like dolls, animals, brooches, bears, keychains, book marks etc. Easy to cut out and whip-stitch the edges. A good hobby to do in the evenings while watching tv etc.
