Have you ever had a near death experience?

Yes. I had the biggest seizure of my life. Was at a bar getting ready for dinner when I ended up on the floor. My husband says I wasn't breathing for 11 minutes. I saw some people who I'd lost in the past. They were telling me it wasn't time.

Just few days ago someone asked me this question.

I had NEAR near death experience..I was falling forever when I was placed under general anesthetic, I saw all my life time all around panoramic view in seconds but in detail... I was not scared and I thought I was just dying then...I don't remember meeting my creator just falling down.. because I wasn't really dead just lost a lot of blood at that time. After that experience I take thing seriously and I believe in spiritual power and energy all around me which guides me to the right path.

Yup, when I first got sick. My brain was swollen enough that I would have died had it not been treated soon. Was pretty much in a coma for a couple of weeks.

I got caught in a rip at the beach and got dragged a distance from the shore and couldn't keep my head above the water. I tried to scream and went under and felt myself drowning as I couldn't physically move. A lady pulled me out and onto the beach and got the water from my lungs

Yes, failed suicide attempt, I came really close

I was in a bad car accident that had me in the hospital for almost 2 months

When I was an infant, I came down sick with spinal meningitis. I was on my death bed and the hospital wanted a priest to come in to say a few words for the departed.

Instead, mom asked for a blessing from two missionaries. Miraculously, I survived

Yes and I can assure you there is life after death . It will sound corney but your relatives who have passed are waiting for you . They are all healthy and well . No more ill health , disability etc .

Yes, it didn't last very long but it gave me a glimpse of the "next life". It was a comforting experience.

Yeah i was dead for a bit and got sent to a dark void like place by abeautiful women in black wandered untill i met another women that wore clothes made of patches ahe said i dont belong here and aent me back

Yes twice. Once by being T-bone by a pickup truck while riding my bicycle

The second time I was riding my bicycle in the rain, hit a pot hole, flipped my bike and broke my neck. I have recovered from both accidents now

I'm not sure whether a mild heart attack counts.

Yes, twice, once from being shot in Afghanistan and once from a heart attack.

No but I become convinced I'm dying whenever I have a focal seizure.

Yes head trama and a brain bleed. I almost died from it. I was in the hospital for a week.

When I had my first son. I lost half my blood, I don’t remember much.

It was two months before my third birthday, I started choking when my epiglottis started swelling up, they blamed our new rental wasn't properly sanitized after the previous tennant died of some disease. I was rushed to the ER where I was trached. I remember having an out of body experience and seeing myself on the gurney while the doctors and nurses worked on me, as well as a very intense blue light on the wall. When I was 8 1/2 during xmas season 1978 we were shopping in DownTown Portland when I spotted a sign with that same intense blue light, I was holding my Dad's hand and felt me jerk to a stop. When he looked at me he asked why I stopped, so I pointed at the sign and said it was like looking into eternity, when I looked back at him his eyes were wide and his jaw dropped just staring at me. Later that night when I was supposed to be in bed I heard my Dad crying, so I snuck out to see why, he was telling my mother that after my tracheostomy was removed a month after it was put in, and could talk again, I told him about leaving my body and seeing that blue light against the wall and saying the same thing, it was about a month before my third birthday in 1973 when I told him the first time about the blue light.
