I am retired now so my hobbies and their associated social lives, form most of my life. While working, they were both escape and the "something different".

I worked for more than forty years in several different companies, doing different things, and some work was more bearable than others.

I've not really ever focused much on a hobby. My mind is pretty scattered but I think it would help as a meditation tool especially for people like me who struggle with actual meditation.
