@Freeranger these are "Purple Magesty" its a midseason crop, harvest from chitted is about 2 months or 3 months if straight to soil after last frost. Mulch deeply to keep early and late blights back and watch for signs of verticillum wilt. Zones 3 through 9.. basically everywhere. Storage for potatoes is a complicated subject. Everyone has their own methods. Depends on how many you plant and your climate/ housing
