@LordShadowfire They close at 7pm, and also if it's water from the underlying aquifer you're drinking essence of grand-grand-pas. It should be "drinkable" if it's listed on there, but also, the fountains they install in cemeteries are generally for watering the flowers/plants, and I've never seen anyone drinking from one
