In any photo editing program, just rotate them a couple degrees as needed, but then you have to crop out the "dead" spots which is okay.

One thing though - the interface is ugly as hell but you CAN change that, I forget how.
It is not some quick and easy program like instagram or snap chat, there is a learning curve. BUT, it is a heavy duty editor like photoshop so your options are limitless.
When you go to save your work, you have to "export as" and change the extention of the photo to what you desire cause otherwise it will save it as a gimp-type file, unopenable by lesser programs.
