Would it be inappropriate to play board games at a LARGE, SPACIOUS coffee shop?

When I think of a coffee shop, i think of quiet, people reading etc.
However, it looks like the perfect place to have a board game night, since it is so large, and seating everywhere.

Do you think it's inappropriate to want to do a game night there?

I think I will call to check with management

Long as it's a quiet game...I walked into a coffee shop full of people and you could hear a pin drop. 📍

There is a place in the city that does that. The Happy Hippo, I think it is. Its located near the Uni.

Ask the management. They may charge you.

Yeah. Make the call. I bet they wouldn't mind.
Coffee place is not library.

I’d say ask them. If they seem hesitant point out that it could be done on less busy nights to help boost sales.
