I can sculpt, cut rocks and polish them, and make jewelry. So...yes?
@4meAndyou I want to make jewelry! Teach me!
@4meAndyou My brother and daughter are sending me some Arkansas quartz crystals and I want to fleece all the new age idiots down in artsy fartsy towm.

@puck61 All right. The simplest jewelry is made from seashells. I once found the most beautiful shiny pale orange and yellow shells on Horseneck beach after a big storm...I collected every single one that wasn't broken. No need to polish or embellish them...they were already very shiny! I just drilled a tiny hole in each one, and took my jewelers pliers and inserted an o ring. Once the O ring is in there, you can simply attach the shell's o ring to another o ring you attach to pierced earring hooks, which I used to buy pre-made, and that's it!
@4meAndyou Sea shells and crystals! Awesome!

@puck61 If they are large, you can buy ready made silver from Rio Grande catalogue...I think they just call them quartz crystal holders. If the crystals are tiny, you can also buy little vials and fill them with the quartz, and suspend the vial with o rings from a chain link necklace.

All pre-made silver, gold, or alloy jewelry parts are called findings.
