Aesthetica of a Rogue Hero and One Punch Man are great if you like overpowered main characters in a show (I very much do)
Psycho Pass is a good psychological action show that isn't fantasy at all just sci-fi
"My Mental Choices Are Totally Messing With my high school romantic comedy" for gut busting laughs
"Astra Lost in Space" for exploration and sci-fi action/thriller/mystery
Eminence in Shadow for epic action and OP main character
"The World's Greatest Assassin Gets Reincarnated" etc etc epic plot, comedy, and epic action
"Gate" nerdy comedy, good action swords and magic vs Japan Self Defense Force, invasion from other world quelled quickly with technology, quickly Japan sent an occupation force for the gate and to make contact, which a gifted soldier who happened to be where the gate opened helped repel the initial invasion becomes a leader in the JSDF specializing in the other world
"Aldnoah Zero" epic show with a genius main character who winds up having to use earth technology to defeat other humans who have gotten their hands on technology left from some ancient race which has monstrously better technology and abilities, and has to use his genius mind to win what should be ludicrously impossible battles with extremely clever out of the box thinking
