What do you listen to before going to sleep?

A meditation

My brain listing all of the mistakes I've made in my life.

Mixed songs. Based on emotions and funny dogs and baby videos.

My fan and pug snoring

I used to listen to meditation recordings or ASMR videos. But lately just hearing the fan next to the bed is more than enough

usually Sufjan Stevens or a random true crime podcast.

Usually Arch Enemy but I just listen to them all the time really 😹

hopefully silence and my wife talking about whatever.
