I prefer the non-spiritual variety, a single "Ommm" is good enough for me.
I can decide what level of physical difficulty I want to have today, strength vs stretch vs relaxation, etc.
And there's no pressure or competition

@psikeo it can get very physical. If I want to/not careful to throttle my load, 30 min of hot power yoga leaves me breathless on the floor :-)
