That's absolutely wonderful to hear! I do Tai Chi, and meditate with tibetan singing bowls. There's so much clarity, and stress relief in doing physical activities like these. The body benefits a great deal. Hope you have a great experience. :)

I want to try yoga again, I couldn't stick with it before but I want the flexibility to ease my aching whatever. I think I'm going to try an outdoor Pilates class, my gym is offering too.
