Im long fasting. So its gotta be in a manner that doesnt cause any dietry spikes.
But thats not a bad idea for when i go back to food.

@OogieBoogie I'm no expert but I have to watch my diet because I'm Type 2 diabetic - as far as I know Greek yoghurt prevents spikes because it slows the rate of digestion down

@ArtieKat yeah, yogurt has proteins and fat which are two macronutrients that are very low GI, and hence dont spike glucose.
This is why i stopped simple carbs and starches. Sugar spikes arent good.
