Staying healthy.

Didn't want to post until i was doing it, but im working out and trying to stay healthy. Not changing my diet but i am more active, feel better, more energy and sleep better.

I started taking my health and fitness seriously about 6 months ago. Went from 210lbs to 175lbs. Doctor took me off of blood pressure meds. Keep it up!!
