What are some methods you've used to lose visceral fat?

1) Cardio
2) Lifting weights
3) High protein
4) No trans fats

Daily cycling for 20+km and the complete removal of beer, soft drink and sugar from your diet...

@JoshuaLondon Yep...it won't be easy at first, but after a few months, 20km will feel like it's
not enough and you'll be pushing yourself to ride further..

@Mandalorian I run about a mile or so every day. I need a bike, though.
@JoshuaLondon Running is for kids...the only thing it does for us at our age is fuck our knees up...at least cycling is low impact, you do burn serious fat, and you also get to see quite a lot on each ride...just my opinion

@Mandalorian Well, my knees hurt a lot. I'll get a bike and start doing that more often.
