I Want to Take Better Care of My Health

So, ever since a young age, being fat was something that fascinated me. To the point that I purposefully went from 125lbs to around 170, which I really enjoyed and can't say I would change anything about. I was 21, I met my girlfriend and was happy in my life. Over the next few years my weight continued to creep up and I was aware but didn't do anything to stop it. I reached a point last year where I was stunned at the place I had gotten myself. I was obese, 220lbs+ and my life was being negatively affected. I couldn't play with my niece, I had pain in my knees, I no longer liked what I saw in the mirror. I'm happy I decided to make a change when I did before it was too late, my goal weight is first to get under 200, and then ultimately 185lbs. It's a mental struggle too as well as physical as there is still a voice within me telling me to order a whole large pizza or finish a tub of ice cream on my own. I know as weird a place as this can be, it can also be very positive and supportive so I'm happy to share the progress I've made so far, with 22lbs lost so far.

Last summer - 226lbs
Thanksgiving - 215lbs
Today - 204lbs
