Why are conservatives against Universal healthcare?

@FlowersNButterflies That's absolutely untrue. Conservatives are not hedging on Christ Jesus to heal and abandone all medical care. Doctors, Nurses, Surgeons Medical/ Surgical Assistants are all from God and here to be his hands on the sick.

@Elessar When I was a theist, I believed God led scientists and doctors to the knowledge they needed to heal people and solve problems. It seemed logical and without any conflict.
