Urgent nursing advice

Hi Guys! Can someone recommend a good nursing program for someone with no experience?

In all seriousness I have no idea, I went to University (4 years undergraduate program) and you can be a registered nurse once you're done. For nurse assistant it's usually a 2 year program.

This position requires effective education delivery and assessment working across our nursing and feeder CIII and CIV programs.

We are seeking someone who is looking for a change from shift work and the demands of clinical work.

This position also involves face to face teaching, clinical facilitation, teaching session planning, evaluation and team validation of units.

(Suitable candidates may negotiate part time, job share or casual employment if desired).

The successful candidate:

shall have a minimum of 4 years post degree/qualification clinical experience,
love education and educating,
shall be an exciting, influential facilitator of education, a team player, an excellent communicator and, understand the requirements of a sales culture within a private organisation,
will have excellent IT skills so as to prepare lessons such as Microsoft Office
will have a current CIV in Training and Assessment (or willing to gain as a supported traineeship) or, hold post graduate qualifications in education,
Some key elements of the position will be:

teaching students, assessing students, clinical facilitating, lesson planning and relationship building with industry
working as a team member within a small organisation who supports each other.
maintaining compliance as required by the RTO in the teaching and learning realm
