@AoNoSora three more weeks and then I will go to oral antibiotics after that for another month. I guess when you get an infection in your heart they take it pretty seriously.

@Poppies there have rumors that my buddy got me a new reclining chair that is electronic so that will be really nice I have a feeling I'll be spending a lot of time in it the first week or so

@Barefooter25 thank you so much for all the prayers it really meant a lot and yes I plan to do lots of resting and relaxing. I might even try reading one of those books everybody talks about

@Ontheroad I'm going to be sent home with some pain meds and pain patches. The patches work good but they gave me a constant headache last time. But the pain pill gave me other issues and the headache was the lesser of two evils.

@Cigarguys I've never had the patches... I got sent home with just the oxy, but in the hospital I got the IV morphine and had my own little button to give myself a dose when needed... now that's a trip to heaven each time😁 And I was lucky... no adverse reactions at all.

I hope all goes well - just don't get all rambunctious when you get home. Take it easy and all will be good.
