I'm coming home tomorrow

Just wanted to check in and let know that I'm okay and I'm getting to go home tomorrow. I still don't have a lot of energy and I'm still on a lot of pain meds but I will try to check in and respond to everybody over the weekend.. thank you so much for your prayers and kind thoughts and chatting with Joel it really helped him.

Note to ALL...including Jeremy...he will be VERY weak when he gets home, and he will actually NOT be able to over do it and hurt himself some more by responding to everybody...AND Joel and his Buddy have been instructed NOT to allow him to wear himself out. By Bossy old ME!!! 🤣🤣🤣

@Poppies you have rumor is is that my buddy got me a new reclining chair that is electronic so that will be really nice I have a feeling I'll be spending a lot of time in it the first week or so

@AoNoSora three more weeks and then I will go to oral antibiotics after that for another month. I guess when you get an infection in your heart they take it pretty seriously.

@Barefooter25 thank you so much for all the prayers it really meant a lot and yes I plan to do lots of resting and relaxing. I might even try reading one of those books everybody talks about

Nothing better for you than getting home. I know for me it changed (for the positive) my long-term recovery and surprisingly, I was able to fairly quickly wean off the pain meds. I saved them for nights when I wanted to get some good sleep.

@Ontheroad I'm going to be sent home with some pain meds and pain patches. The patches work good but they gave me a constant headache last time. But the pain pill gave me other issues and the headache was the lesser of two evils.
