Update on Jeremy
He had a very interesting night and somehow got ahold of his cell phone while we were asleep. Between the pain meds and being pretty out of it, things got a little entertaining.
It cost us about $500 in cigars, a few embarrassing text messages, and apparently a very amusing message chain with a friend on here 😂 Thankfully no real harm done.
We’re meeting with his doctor in about half an hour, and he also has several tests scheduled this afternoon, so it will probably be a long day for him. Overall, though, he actually had a pretty good night and only woke up once to use the restroom. He has been complaining that his stomach hurts, which does have me a little concerned, but I’ll be talking with the doctor about it today.
And in the middle of all this, I officially became unemployed today because I missed too much work. Thankfully, I already have something else lined up — I just need to finalize everything.
