I am home from the ER

I think everyone for your kind thoughts and prayers for the past month that you have given my family this is obviously been one of the hardest things that any family should ever have to go through. So thank you again

I am home now I've been diagnosed with a concussion a broken nose and a orbital fracture and a partially dislocated jaw. So I am to sleep in a recliner for the next two weeks because they do not want me laying down at all. I get to go in next week for them to reset my nose which I'm sure that's not going to be fun. They gave me some new anxiety meds and some different sleeping pills to try but I'm going to talk to my neurologist and therapist before I take the new sleeping pills. Right now I've taken my anxiety pills and I am feeling pretty pretty good lol.

We're going to have very chill night have shepherd's pie even though I've been told that my version is not really shepherd's pie but that's what I call it so I'm okay with it.

The boys are going to play fortnite with their friends online Sissy will probably read books as she's still not feeling the best.

And there will definitely be no cigars or whiskey for me tonight or the next few nights I'm sure.

Right now I'm chilled listening to the Royals game on the radio looking forward to real baseball in a few weeks.

Oh my gosh! And is there a little black cloud permanently tethered over your house? 🥺
At least your anxiety pills are making you feel pretty good!
Chill night with shepherd's pie sounds good. Everyone is being tended to.

@Poppies I wouldn't say a black crowd I would just say the life of a very busy complicated family with two special need children in it it's our lives and we just deal with it one day at a time

@Cigarguy I was just thinking of everything together, including Star's accident. Yes, one day at a time is the only way to go, and you are all there for each other!

@Poppies we have been through a lot this year so far hopefully this spring and summer will be calmer and will be able to enjoy picnics outside baseball games and not have to worry about anybody's health crosses fingers LOL
