My first colonoscopy [I Had to Go to the Hospital]

I went to the hospital this morning and add a colonoscopy done everything went well they didn't find any polyps or cancer so that's good news the only thing the doctor said what is that that he found some pockets that showed that Iam low on fiber and could cause diverticulitis so he said to eat more fruit and veggies like I don't have a problem with so that's good.
