do a sprint interval cardio for weight loss. Diet is what affects weight/muscle more than working out does actually, so cut down on the carbs and sugar, consume more protein, try to get 10 hours of sleep a night, and drink at the very least 1 gallon of water a day (I drink 2).

@Roflcash4 You do not drink two gallons of water a day. Just one is pretty ridiculous unless you live in a desert

@Invisible Yes I do, I drink 1 gallon while I lift (I lift for 3 hours) and another gallon spread through the rest of the day.

🙄 Yeah, okay

@Invisible It's not that hard to believe, go look up any video or article regarding fat burn and water consumption. I encourage you to drink a gallon a day (not all at once).

You clearly don't know how much you're actually drinking if you think you drink over 7 liters per day, and you shouldn't listen to gimmicky trends like that. Once you're hydrated enough, drinking more will just make you piss away your water soluble vitamins.

@Invisible I'm pretty sure that I'm doing something right, I'm clearly in much better shape than you lol. And you clearly don't know anything about fitness, nutrition, or human anatomy. Your muscles are 75% water, fat only contains 10% water, so if you have a surplus of water in your body, your body will have to adjust in order to take in the extra water, as well as excreting the extra water, your body will have to find fat to burn. Water also increases your metabolism, detoxifies your body, rejuvenates joints, etc. Almost every lifter/trainer/workout fanatic drinks a gallon of water a day. The more muscular a person is, the more water that person can intake.

I'm not impressed.

Just because your muscles are mostly water doesn't mean drinking more will help you in any way. Your body doesn't store excess water in the muscles. The only way that your muscles will hold more water is if you take a creatine supplement.

2-3 liters is all a person should drink unless they're losing a ton of water. Any more and you're body is just going to piss it out along with the vitamins and minerals that you actually need for protein synthesis. If you drink too much (like you say you do) you're also putting a lot of unnecessary strain on your kidneys.

Now put some clothes on
