It looks fresh so you may have broken a small blood vessel but if it continues head to the ED. You may be throwing PE's!

@AnnoyingAf: Yes, but that kind of blood tinged mucous if you coughed it up is from closer to the lungs. If you said you blew your nose then I'd buy the elbows.
