Why am I nauseous sometimes?

A few days ago I started to feel nauseous. At least ones a day I get nauseous for a few hours and then it just stops. I still eat properly and stay hydrated. So I don't know what's going on :/

(Update. I am not pregnant. Periods and pregnancy don't work together)

@Tellica: that works most of the time, as long as you dont miss a day. You may want to look into an IUD if you dont plan on having kids in the next couple of years
