Why am I nauseous sometimes?

A few days ago I started to feel nauseous. At least ones a day I get nauseous for a few hours and then it just stops. I still eat properly and stay hydrated. So I don't know what's going on :/

(Update. I am not pregnant. Periods and pregnancy don't work together)

You won't get a diagnosis online because there are a myriad causes of this. If it keeps on happening, make an appointment with a doctor.

Could be your blood pressure.
If that goes haywire it can make you feel light headed and nauseous.

@Picklebobble2: I just measured my blood pressure and it's normal right now.

I get nauseated when my thyroid levels are off. Good luck getting it solved. It's such a broad symptom.

Do you have anxiety?
okaybut · 56-60, M
@Tellica: I have know someone how has nausea a lot and she is stressed and anxious a lot. So might be one reason. Of course...could be bunch more. Hopefully it diminishes soon for you.

It will probably fade away in a few days. Most of my ailments do.
