FOR MEN over 50?

When you needed to lose weight how did you go about it...my husband..soon to be 68.. w bad arthritis..needs to lose 25 lbs at least...yet is stupid stubborn about food intake.

you eat less and you exercise. That's all. If your husband is stubborn, then he won't lose weight, easy peasy.
