I am not a man but I am going answer anyway. I too have arthritis which makes it difficult to exercise but I found supplement called Serrapeptase that helps with inflammation. It really does work too. I have been on it for two weeks now and all swelling is gone and much less pain.

@TearDropsOfLove: I have arthritis. Is that a prescription or over-the-counter?

@hunkalove: Over the counter. I got mine online from Walmart. Get the higher units. I use the one with 120,000 SPU's. There is no side effect at all if you take only one or two a day. I wanted faster healing so I have been taking 10 a day. At that dose it does cause a healing crises. Most people don't want that.
