Would you say most ppl are sexually repressed?

They seem to have a very juvenile attitude towards it, what is wrong with ppl?

It's because we live in a pretty oppressive society.
Want proof of that ?
Find out how many U.S. states have a sex ed class in their schools !
Because nobody talks about it as free thinking adults. Folk get stuck in the mindset of 14 year olds !
So it becomes something to snigger about with friends, but creates real problems when those same teens become adults.

@Picklebobble2: you're right. They teach us how to balance chemical equations and what a parabola is in calculus. But nothing about credit, taxes, or loans. That last stuff would have been useful

@Justlilme: When you think about it. What did you learn of any value in that last year of school ?
Wouldn't it have been better to have learned things that prepare you for life as an adult ?
How relationships are supposed to work ? Discovering and dealing with your sexuality ? Basic mathematics in a practical setting ? eg: Here is your salary prioritize what you think you'll need ?
Your rights and responsibilities under the law ?
How to fix a leak; what to do in a power outage; Basic cookery skills ??

I agree... I'm pretty lucky. I'm a farm girl. Grew up on a farm with a carpenter dad. So I know how to do most of the household practicalities. I don't know what school could've done about the sexuality part. I guess mine was ok. They taught us about birth control and safe sex at a young age. And the woman teachers, at least the young ones, made sure us girls new about planned parenthood for birth control
