I have been under 1200 calories since Monday

I'm trying to stay around 1500, but have managed 1200 for a few days. Trying not to give into to the cravings.

I spent about a month trying the little changes. Maybe my idea of junk food wasn't strict enough. But I was hanging around 190. I need to get down some lbs and workout more and I will be able to be less restrictive.

@hideout: Stop snacking. Stop bringing a full lunch box to work. The first 2 - 3 weeks are ROUGH... gets better after that

I have been meal prepping. A smoothi for breakfast, (Greek yogurt flakseed, berries, apple spice and almond milk, fish lunch with veggies, chicken salad with 2 tbs ranch dinner. Carrots and hummus for snack.
