Loosing weight fast isn't healthy, and people who do so often gain it back. The key is persistence, exercise, and watching how much you eat. I know from experience, I used to weigh 354 lbs, and through doing what I mentioned, lost 145 lbs and have kept it off. I'm going for the long term, are you?
