No, I haven’t….until recently I had been ineligible every time I attempted it:
The first time, I had broken my legs and was on crutches, so they wouldn’t let me donate.
After that, they always refused me because of my answer to a question they asked me. Until recently it was a permanent reason for being able to donate blood if you “Are a man who has had sex with another man since 1977, even once” (I know some people who lied, but I’m not going to do that). Recently they changed the time frame to in the last 1 year/12months, so I’m now eligible to donate.
