No, I haven’t….until recently I had been ineligible every time I attempted it:

The first time, I had broken my legs and was on crutches, so they wouldn’t let me donate.

After that, they always refused me because of my answer to a question they asked me. Until recently it was a permanent reason for being able to donate blood if you “Are a man who has had sex with another man since 1977, even once” (I know some people who lied, but I’m not going to do that). Recently they changed the time frame to in the last 1 year/12months, so I’m now eligible to donate.

Yea, I donate every 3 months for the free cookies. I also read that donating blood is actually healthy for you to decrease iron levels....

Yes! I'm slightly anemic so sometimes they won't let me

Actually I donated plasma more often when I was younger

Yes, a few times. In fact, the way I discovered that I had high blood pressure was to show up at the Red Cross years ago, only to be told they would not take my blood this time because my pressure was too high.

I do a 2 RBC donation at least 3 times a year, plus a regular blood donation. I have my next donation appointment a month from today. I'm an O-, and I know my blood is very, very useful.
