Do you breathe mostly through your nose, your mouth, or both?

I just noticed lately that I breathe a lot through my mouth and I read that isn't the healthiest way to get enough oxygen. The strange thing is that I have nothing wrong with my nose, so I have no clue why I breathe through my mouth. Maybe just some strange habit I picked up.

It seems to be both. I know breathing through my mouth isn't the best, but for some reason it happens a lot of the time.

Mostly my mouth. I often have horribly chapped lips. Oops. I do have some trouble breathing through my nose, though. I was told to get surgery, but the recovery sounded miserable so I put it off. 😕

In my old age, I can't breathe through my nose at night. Really irritating!
