Our son has developed occasional

chest pain since the third time we all got a different mutated version of COVID. He is 25 years old, and yesterday he had his second episode of chest pain and dizziness. He had his first episode a year ago. His insurance kicks in a couple of months from now, and he will be seeing a doctor about it. I am a little worried about it, because I know young people have been dying from heart issues over the last few years.

I started him on low dose asprin, and I am changing his diet to get him off the yucky foods until he can see a doctor. If you had told me 5 years ago I might have to worry about my 25-year-old son having a heart attack, I would have thought you were crazy, but this is exactly what I am worried about now. 😔

My brother got it too after covid, he was on and off from work for an entire year due to it, it made him feel like he was going insane. It eventually got better though.

@MartinTheFirst Oh, that is hopeful. I hope it goes the same for my son. Thank you for this comment. I do appreciate it.

It seems a lot of people are having problems since the Covid vaccine. Both my wife and I have had problems. Needless to say the vaccine fans all claim it's just a coincidence, but I agree with you. We never had these problems before the vaccine.

@Musicman We have not been vaccinated, because we were worried about the side effects, but it seems like if you get enough variations of COVID, you might have the same side effects that the vaccines give. 🤷‍♀

We have had the Delta version, the Omicron version, and then in December, we got the XFG version.

I am very sorry to hear that you and your wife are having problems, and I do hope you overcome them soon.

Is he still getting the Covid vaccine.
NamesBatty · 56-60, F
@smileylovesgaming No, he hasn't ever had the COVID vaccine. He has had all the other normal ones, but we decided to wait and see if the COVID vaccines were safe. After a while, it looked like the vaccines might not be safe, so none of us got vaccinated for COVID.🤷‍♀

@NamesBatty could the chest pain be heart burn
NamesBatty · 56-60, F
@smileylovesgaming I thought about that too, but he gets very dizzy and sees spots. The pain is pretty high up for it to be heartburn, too.I will just be very glad when he can get to the doctor. The wondering what it could be is what is making me crazy( crazier...lol)

Miocarditis maybe?

@Kiesel That is what I am worried about for sure...😔
