Did anyone here ever go to a therapist before, and how did it go

Had some I hated and met some I liked. My professor has been my best therapist lol I'm looking into getting a therapist again because I can't rely on my prof all the time. If you are thinking of trying it never hurts! You may leave annoyed because they weren't what you needed but there are always more therapists out there. We all need different things from therapist so it may take a few times, or if you are lucky enough you will get one you like right away.
