Did anyone here ever go to a therapist before, and how did it go

I've had sessions with a few therapists and although I'm glad it helps people it did next to nothing for me. It was a waste of time, energy, and money.

there must be other kinds of therapy right? never went to a therapist before but im considering the idea

@j0s3c4rlo5: I won't try to dissuade you because it's very possible therapy would be the best thing for you. I'm saying for me it was a waste.
