Did anyone here ever go to a therapist before, and how did it go

He said one really helpful thing, but then I filled in a form and the score I got wasn't high enough - meaning my life wasn't being seriously impacted - so I wasn't eligible for further sessions.

@MartinTheFirst: yup, but it was a free service so I guess they have to ration it somehow if they only have a certain number of therapists.
