Which is the best protein powder?

I am trying to loose weight but build lean muscle and get stronger.
I am considering protein supplements. Can someone suggest me?

Hey, don't do it, my friend was irregular and he wrecked up his joints and everything

It scares me. I am just a beginner. Is protein powders that bad?

I did a 3 day liquid diet once and it included a lot of whey protein, it's really heavy on the stomach, another classmate faced many issues too, I wouldn't recommend it

Thanks

It sounds like what you're looking for is a whey protein isolate. It's pure protein, low carb and doesn't add muscle mass or bulk. I use Precision, which can be gotten at most vitamin store chains. Do your research; good luck.
I use Optimum Nutrition Whey for that. A really high quality protein that's low in carbs and fat. There is a lot of science behind it and it's very expensive but it is delicious.

Good brand, too. Not the tastiest, in my opinion, but not bad at all.

whey protein
but you need to mix energy input and energy output and be wise
slow gradual over time
reduce control stress and get enough sleep

Thanks . I was unable to choose between whey protein (100 percent) and the isopure zero carbs.
The zero carbs is a huge attraction
